IBM OS/2 AND PC DOS SOFTWARE SOLUTION CENTER - VRU DESCRIPTION

The following is a description of the menu options on the VRU (Voice Response
Unit) for calls placed to the support center at (407) 994-5544.  This support
center  is  for customers requiring technical assistance with OS/2, OS/2 Warp
and PC DOS during their Getting Started period of support.
 
OS/2 support center hours are 8  AM  to  8  PM  EST  Monday  through  Friday.
Support hours can be tailored for any nine hour block during this period.  PC
DOS  support center hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday in your time
zone.
 
 
MENU OPTIONS:
 
1.  Technical Assistance
 
    o   1  OS/2 Warp on the Aptiva
 
    o   2  Any other OS/2 Technical Support (including PEN for OS/2)
 
        -   1  Enter your customer number and  PIN  (Personal  Identification
            Number) to obtain support
 
        -   2  Obtain support when you don't know your customer number/PIN
 
    o   3  PC DOS and PEN DOS Technical Support
 
    o   4  IBM Internet Connection
 
    o   5  CompuServe (call 1-800-848-8990)
 
    o   6  Assistance with any other IBM software product (call 512-339-5000)
