More Memory, Space, Performance and Value

What's New in PC DOS 7

MORE SPACE -- Integrated STACKER 4.0 advanced disk compression
technology gives you the highest compression ratio and most free
disk available today. Upgrading from prior disk compression
technologies such as MS-DOS DoubleSpace/DriveSpace, PC DOS
SuperStor/DS, and earlier versions of Stacker is fast and easy .
Even with its many additional features, this support is designed
to use less conventional memory than the other compression
programs.

DOS 6.x versions for comparable function. By employing a variety
of memory reduction techniques, more conventional memory is
available for user applications while maintaining complete
industry-standard compatibility.

format and can read other books using this format. This
versatile viewer includes outstanding features like hyper-text
links, extended print, and search capabilities. Now you can
easily access information on-line and fast.

prior to system restart; and understand what changes were made to
these system files by reviewing comment lines added by Setup.
