Instructions

Remove cap from nozzle. Press plunger forward and the paste will flow.
Apply enough paste to form a satisfactory joint. Pull back on the plunger
to stop the flow. Replace cap. Place the joint in the low-temperature
flame. Do not place the Solder Weld above the flame as it will smoke or
soot-blacken the joint. If a joint is used, hold flame 2" to 3" from
the surface. When flow temperature is reached, use the top of the flame
to direct the flow. (If a soldering iron is used, place the iron at the
base of the paste in contact with the metals to be joined. Do not place
the iron in direct contact with the paste). When the flux bubbles and the
solder flows, remove from heat and allow to cool. The solder will turn
silver and solidify. Wash the flux residue off, using warm water and a
stiff brush.

Solder Weld should be stored at room temperature (60 degrees F to 78
degrees F). If stored in heat, the material will thin and the flux and
binder will separate. If this occurs, cool the material to room
temperature, then stand the syringe upright with the plunger down and the
nozzle pointing up. Insert a thin wire through the nozzle, puncturing the
solid material. Replace the cap and leave the syringe in an upright
position for 10 minutes. In case of freezing, bring the material to room
temperature, then follow the instructions above.
