1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
-------------------------------------------------------------

Softinabox RGB Editor is a powerful utility for selecting and
creating RGB colors for programming and HTML projects.
You can define the values of the red, green and blue color
components and easily transfer the resulting color to your
projects. Each color can be defined by its RGB value,
hexadecimal value or HTML value. Furthermore, RGB Editor
allows you to store up to 12 custom colors for later use and
capture screen colors. This application is especially useful
for C++, Delphi and HTML programmers.

Softinabox RGB Editor includes the following main features:

- RGB color values

Any color can be defined by its RGB (Red-Green-Blue) value.
With RGB Editor you can define any color by specifying its
components values. You can also select any color visually
and obtain the corresponding RGB values.

- Hexadecimal color values

The hexadecimal values of colors are presented in RGB Editor
using a "C++-like" syntax (ex: 0x00FFFFFF for white). If you
specify an hexadecimal color value, RGB Editor will display
the corresponding color and vice-versa.

- HTML color values

You can also define colors by specifying the RGB value using
HTML syntax (ex: #FFFFFF for white). If you specify an HTML
color value, RGB Editor will display the corresponding color
and vice-versa.

- Screen color captures

The most important feature in RGB Editor is its ability to
capture pixel colors directly from your screen. You choose
any pixel in your screen and RGB Editor will display the
color found on that pixel along with its RGB, hexadecimal
and HTML values.

- Custom colors

RGB Editor allows you to maintain a list of up to 12 custom
colors for later use. Define the color, add it to the custom
colors list and RGB Editor you'll always keep it recorded
for later use.

- Clipboard Integration

RGB Editor integrates with the Windows Clipboard to allow to
copy and paste color values (RGB, hexadecimal or HTML) to and
from the Clipboard. Furthermore you can copy to the clipboard
a image thumbnail - small image of a size specified in the
application options - containing the currently selected color.
