Resistor Selector program finds resistor values for simple resistor
circuits including series, parallel, voltage divider and star
-connections. Allowed resistor values are given using value files.
Normally E6, E12, E24, E48 and E96 standard values are defined in
value files. These files contain 6, 12, 24, 48 and 96 values per
decade respectively. It is also possible to create new value files
for special purposes. Resistor Selector works with windows 95/98/NT.

What's new in version 2.0?

+ Four voltage divider and two star circuits have been added.
+ All input voltages are floating (no ground nodes).
+ Optional input voltages U2 or U3 with two voltage dividers.
+ Faster search algorithms.
- Bug fixed from 6R star circuit. The search does not stop, when
the first good result (using RelTol= from rsel.ini) is found.

Installation

Create a new directory and extract all files from this package into
it. This program does not make any changes into system registry.

Licence

Resistor Selector (RSel) is shareware. You have the right to use this
software in one computer. You may not disassemble, reverse engineer or

Register RSel at: http://www.kagi.com

Registration fee is 10.00 US$.

Limitations without registration

Unregistered RSel is fully functional but delayed at least 1 minute when
Go -button is pressed (not single resistor selection). The run time of
the registered program can be calculated from run time of unregistered
program by subtracting one minute and dividing the result by three.
