Bill Reid's Wallswapper Version 2.0
Bill Reid
breid@ebicom.net

Function Summary:

Program is a quick and easy way to choose your Windows wallpaper.

Description:

Wallswapper sets itself up as a tray icon that displays a menu on a right
click. Your options are:

Browse Wallpaper: Opens a dialog displaying .BMP and .RLE files. Clicking
on a file puts the wallpaper on the screen without making changes permanent.

Make this Wallpaper the Default: Makes the current wallpaper displayed on the
screen the permanent wallpaper (the one that will show up when you restart
Windows or end this program)

Revert to Previous Default: Takes the on-screen wallpaper down and puts up
the default paper (either the paper you set as a default or the one that was
showing when the program started)

About: Your standard About box

Exit: Exit this program, displaying the default wallpaper on exit

I would appreciate your comments by E-mail. E-mail is cheap enough that it
won't inconvenience you and I'd just like to know how many people actually
got some use out of this program.

Support Policy:

As I receive no payment for this program, I guarantee no support of any
kind. You may send questions via email, and I will attempt to answer
them at my leisure, but use of this program in no way guarantees technical
support of any kind.

Disclaimer:

I do not guarantee (expressly or implied) that this program is suitable for
your use or free from bugs. Every effort has been made to properly test it
for my own use, but this is not to be seen as a statement of quality. You
use this program at your own risk; I will not be held responsible for any
losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of using this program.

Documented undocumented features:

In addition to .BMP and .RLE files, the program will also display files with
the extension ".WAL". This will enable you to keep wallpaper files on tap that
you might not want to be easily browseable by other programs / persons.

If you'd like the tray to display your own custom icon in place of the program's
own, save your choice as an icon (not .DLL or .ICL) in the directory the program
is kept in and name it "Wallswap.ico". The program will look for this icon on
startup only.
