Countdown (or up timer) 1.00

WHY???
===============
The timer (coutmr01.exe) was something I wrote when I should have been revising. Originally it was to count the seconds until I graduated from uni (I was *that* bored) but then I wrote it so it will count towards or away from any date pretty - it was 29,501,140,000 seconds since the Battle of Hastings (1066) when I wrote this and I'm just under 9000 days old.

Instructions
===============
Either run the exe file and double click on the timer to set your own time (the default is 01/01/2000 00:00) or you can run the timer from a dos prompt and give it a time (i.e. c:\coutmr01.exe "01/01/2000 00:00") - handy if you want to create a shortcut to the timer for things like girlfriends birthday, retirement day...

Installation
===============
There is no installation. The timer only requires VB runtime which most people will already have on their Win9x / NT machine. Just run coutmr01.exe

Uninstallation
===============
Just delete coutmr01.exe
