    King of the Pyramid is simple. Once a day you can challenge any
of the three players in from of you. You are then asked a question.
If you get the answer correct in the amount of time and number of tries
allotted by the sysop, you then switch places with the person you challenged.
The person at the top of the pyramid doesn't challenge anyone, though they
can answer a question.

@X0BScoring:
    @X0E
    If the sysop has enabled scoring, things are slightly different. The
ranking on the pyramid goes by each persons score. You can still only
challenge the 3 people immediately in front of you, and the scoring is as
follows:

        1st person ahead of you: 11 points
        2nd person ahead of you: 17 points
        3rd person ahead of you: 23 points

If you are at the top of the pyramid, you get 11 points for answering
correctly.

Also, if you answer incorrectly, the points are subtracted from your
score!
