The Realistic Navajo TRC-492 is a compact, 40 channel CB specially designed
for use as a Class D citizens band base station. The built-in PLL (phase
-locked loop) frequency synthesizer uses a precise frequency reference
crystal for reliable and exact tuning.

The one-touch priority keys let you quickly access emergency Channel 9 and
traffic information Channel 19.

You can operate the CB from either 120 volts AC or 12 volts DC, so you can

Hysteresis Squelch Circuit - Compensates for signal fading and eliminates
chopping when you listen to a broadcast.

RF Gain Control - Helps prevent overloading from strong signals

Switchable Noise Blanker and Automatic Noise Limiter - Reduces interference
                                                       from ignition systems,
