Phone Book File Format: The phone book file (DIALBOOK.DIR) contains records
    (up to 999) in the following format.
    Number of Entries   2 Bytes, binary, low digit first
    Name                20 Bytes (uppercase)
    Reserved            1 Byte (always 00 hex)
    Reserved            27 Bytes (always 20 hex)
    Reserved            1 Byte (always 00 hex)
    Fax Phone #         27 Bytes (numeric, punctuation)
    Reserved            1 Byte (always 00 hex)
    Polling Password    8 Bytes (numeric and uppercase)
    Reserved            2 Bytes (normally 00 01 hex)

Except for the Number of Entries field, the record structure repeats for each
Phone Book entry.  There is no separator between records. If you have a data-
base of names and phone numbers, use your database program's conversion capa-
bilities to format the information as shown.
