This is an update for the Rockwell modem driver.  It will
update the driver from its current level to level 1.54

EXTRACTING THE UPDATE

This update is self-extracting.  Simply run RW1359.EXE
The necessary files will be extracted to C:\RW154\.

INSTALLING THE UPDATE
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
After the update has been extracted, the setup program will be run
automatically.
